I post some things on here that are a bit off from a clean diet, but it's to kill the redundancy of things. It's still minimal fat and I'm not really concerned.

At the end of the day, it's all about moderation and also genetics play a role. If you do great cardio and train right, a bit more fat will not Kill you unless you compete IMO.

It's good to see you finally taking diet seriously after all these years.

You've always cared about your body and ate pretty healthy but I feel like you were never willing to take that next step. You would have a chicken and rice meal but wash it down with 4 beers etc..

It has a nice mesquite flavor, but you have to add salt....looks very deceiving in terms or sodium.

I need to stop buying spices lol....I'm trying so many and love all of them

Looks good, Rado. Try to pick up some fresh too...nothing tasts better than fresh beans. The frozen ones lose so much of their flavor.

One that I like fresh is broccoli. Lately I've bopught it frozen, but it never comes out 'al dente'

I always buy my chicken from whole foods, taste really clean if that makes sense? Just fucking expensive. For the seasoning I used the "Everyday" for the veggies and added some grounded pepper corns. For the chicken, I used my Goya and then just waited until the chicken was cooked. That's when I just drizzled some of that Stubbs I also added more cracked pepper corns, nice kick to it.

I need to switch up my chicken or add red meat; I rarely eat red or pork meat.

That's a good point actually. The way something is used can dramatically change the taste.

When I talk about sauces I usually am referring to the way they taste as a dipping sauce straight out of the bottle to compliment my chicken.

Compared to most yogurt, this is pretty good and such an amazing taste. Pricing isn't bad either, $2 at whole foods per yogurt.

Sometimes I don't always take my food, but at least 90% of the time I do make/take my own meals....on days I don't, I stop at panera because you CAN get a good quality meal....pics are here....the salad is with no dressing, no red onions and I added the eggs.....the humus isn't that bad, but I don't eat all of it.

20150115_152411 by Ronin0601

Now this is fucking out of this world; wow....I don't finish the soup because that is a bit too much salt....but the rest is great!

The sauce is ok, I give it a 7 out of ten. The peanut flavor seems weak, but I made it work. I'll marinade some chicken with it.

20150116_203647 by Ronin0601

I added some spices and I sprayed a bit of coconut oil. That's all the water from the langostinos.

I use that skillet pan you see in the pic, and I spray coconut oil...I could literally not use anything on the pan and it'll come out fine as well....then I just add spices, sauces, etc...and that's all I do.
