The sole purpose of this thread is for those that want clean eating examples, recipes, ideas, you name it, post some yourself. It can be of any type of food, even tofu(scrum)

But to be fair and keeping this as accurate to its title as possible, ALL food postings SHOULD be of clean eating or dieting as most would call it.

Hopefully it'll help others and if anything, maybe get them motivated to start eating better and overall, being a tad bit more healthy:thumb:

Remember, keep the pics of foods to strict clean meals. I will also continue to update my other thread and will post link here; https://www.superiormuscle.com/forums...-food-log-pics

Made some chicken with coco oil and basic spices with veggies and sprayed with olive oil. mix and match how you'd like. Since lowering my dose a bit, I've added rice to keep me fuller and keeping the weight on, it's worked great for me since carbs and I don't get along very well.

I don't consider rice being a bad thing to eat, if anything the opposite...UNLESS you're about to do a show or what not. Little bit of it for minimal carbs isn't bad either folks. Don't want anyone thinking rice is bad, it's not. What usually is bad is peoples training/diet.

If you've never had Bok Choy, get some...vit c and calcium strong...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bok_choy

Some of the spices I use when I cook. She typically uses more Mediterranean type of flavor.

Good shit Rado. I'll add some of mine tomorrow. I don't have much variety in my diet though so it's not gonna be very exciting.

Shame that your healthy food rules won't allow beast to post in this thread at all. "Eating clean is overrated"... Says the fat ass sensei.

Okay Avid, your pic is fixed. You had the IMG tags right you just didn't have the actual image between the tags. you were trying to put IMG tags around a basic url, but not the url of the image. to do that in the future you need to right click on the actual image and select copy image address. then you paste that between the IMG tags.

No, the orange is turmeric. The lighter color on the chicken is from the top of the container pressing down on the chicken.

Lol...wouldn't it be cheaper if you got veggies at local market fresh? So you can have more variety?

Not many can do those type meals 24/7, dedication for sure! Dog must think your food stinks or he must be watching tv

chadd post the meals you eat all day. just do it for one day like I did. sometimes pics give people more of an idea of what it takes than to say "5-6 clean meals per day".

Its a sweet potato bun with a leaf of kale, egg over easy, broccoli guacamole, onion, spicy mayo, slice of cheese and a freshly ground sirloin patty. I need to work on my sweet potato bun, I got the size a little off.

I know Rado will say the spicy may and cheese are not healthy but fat is not the enemy, simple sugars are the enemy.

Looks like some fancy restaurant stuff bro. You made yourself out to be a backwoods fella but I think we got a sophisticat here.

Fats the enemy for guys like me on high protein and high carb but it's all good for low carb diets.

Before and after workout avid. It's been proven that the pre and post workout meals are the most important. If your taking in all those carbs only after your workout you're not taking full advantage.
