So you basically have 2 cheat DAYS per week. Bro I have 1 cheat MEAL per week.

Don't you ever want to see real results dude honestly. I'm not talking shit here dna but let's face it you've been at this for years now and you know God damn well your still fat. Why can't you say to yourself "fuck this man I have a goal and I'm going to accomplish it"!

There is absolutely no benefit to having 2 days of junk. All its doing is keeping you right where you've been for the past 5 years... embarrassed to take off your shirt. Come on dude, fucking own this shit and do it bro.

Sick of it. Between him and beast.

Listen I fucken love junk food as much as anyone. But God damn man, if it's making you look like a sack of shit you need to fucken cut that shit out for awhile. Why the fuck is this so impossible for some people!?

Fucken force yourself to love chicken and Oats. Have the god damn mental power to push through it. You will be rewarded with a body your God damn proud of.

Many get complacent, loss of motivation etc...it's hard once you let go, to make a good recovery and even then, well it can be difficult.

It also comes down to having the time bro. I live my life in this simple way:

"How bad do I want it?"

My body is my temple and imo, if you love yourself enough, then you'll love yourself to look ,feel and be better all around.

I never got fat like beast or chubbed like dna, yea I was walking at 217lbs and carrying fat, but I gotta give credit when due. ...as much as I hate your faggot ass, you got me thinking and going on eating better, well you planted the seed sort of speak. What made me decide to change was the fact that I was sick of being "thick", no cardio, etc....now? Well look at me

this comes down to doing what it takes to reach a goal. the end.

how can you spend time preparing your meals, work hard in the gym but than say "ehh i think i'll eat like shit for the next few days" and totally erase anything you've accomplished. that's what blows my mind.

i dont give a shit about temples and i dont care if they love themselves. All I want to see is them buckle down and fucken do it.

Well treating your body as a temple, imo then you should do what's right. If you have a beautiful home with solid foundation, I can tell you this...i'm sure as hell gonna keep it maintained...IF I want it bad enough

This stuff is great to add to pretty much anything! Shakes, salads, ground meat. I mix it with strawberries and kinda mash the strawberries up. Very healthy...

I use that stuff daily. tastes like shit, mix it in water or grapefruit juice and chug away. It's great for blood pressure and keeps you regular making lumpy's.

So we stock the fridge twice a week now, rather than once as we have before. Since we eat quite a bit of fresh fruit, veggies etc...We both prefer fresh stuff and it works better this way.

Mason jars are her tuna salads, kale, radishes, sesame seeds, tuna...add olive oil and ready to go anywhere for a quick meal. I sometimes have a few during the week and it pisses her off because I'm taking her stash good stuff and great idea.

That whole chicken is perdue and will be roasted tonight.

Yea I get stressed out if my house or car is a mess. I need things in order or I can't fucken function. Always blows me away when you see someones car and there is piles of boxes or trash or whatever and they can drive around happy as can be. Clutter drives me fucken crazy. One if the benefits of moving as often as me and you do is it gives the opportunity to toss/donate shit we aren't using.

I can't see how those who follow a good eating regimen, not have some sort of structure. With all the food that needs to be taken in and different types of meals, yea I'd be a nut case lol.

As it is, takes so much time for meal prep, doing the right food, etc....but I enjoy it very much. What we like the most is knowing our food is pretty fucking clean and good.

10lbs of chicken breasts marinating in Sriracha, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, bouillon, and mesquite seasoning. Let it sit overnight and cook. Flavor completely penetrates the chicken all the way through. No seasoning or sauce needed once cooked.

You know who I wanna see post something in here? Scrum. I'm convinced the guy eats French fries and let his gym membership expire about a year ago at this point.

Scrum just because your a vegetarian doesn't mean people wouldn't be interested once in awhile. I'd like to see what your daily meals look like myself. Do you mix different veggies with beans and other sources to make sure your getting complete protein? Do you have whey with all your meals? What are your goals these days. You talk about fitness about as much as I talk about astrology these days for fuck sake.

I will. Just not for a while, pretty busy right now.

My food is pretty much the same every day. About 1800 calories, 40/40/20 split. Most of my protein unfortunately comes from whey shakes, the rest from things like quinoa and cottage cheese. I replaced lentils with quinoa to maximize protein for a given amount of carbs.
