we buy 6lbs of ground turkey, 98/2 fat content. she makes her grounded turkey in the skillet to make salad bowls for her. that is also used to make the burgers, spice as you wish.
the last pic is one of my meals..the yellow cheesy stuff you see is greek sauce with paprika, sea salt and pepper

of course.

the shrimp has quinoa, chia seeds and chopped up kale with tomatoes....the one above it has chopped up chicken, quinoa and yams...THAT meal is also on the bottom left

she puts more time into hers. mine are pretty basic and simple.

she's been getting some of her GF's from xfit to have her make meals. slowly her reputation is getting out there and excited for her.

Rado, do you grill or just bake? I love cooking all my meats on the grill. For me personally, I just don like the taste as much if I bake.

All you food looks great man. I'm a creature of habit. Very rarley do I ever change my meals up. Always the same. lol I really don't have the time either so I do what's the easiest.

I don't do shit That's why I got myself one who's 13yrs younger of me:P

In all seriousness though, she cooks 98% of the time; she's picky as fuck on how it looks and how it's done, no complaints here.

Most of the time our food is baked using the skillet, giving it a nice char-grilled taste. I grill about twice a month, not because I don't want too, but mainly because she just cooks for an entire week on Sundays normally.

I'm a creature of habit as well, I eat the same, use the same spices, etc...Lately I've been wanting to switch it up a bit due to redundancy. But at the end of the day, it's usually the same type stuff.

You'd be surprised on baked food tastings if she'd make you a meal. I always thought the same when I met her 4yrs ago, but she's made me into a baking type guy.

I will say that NOTHING beats a good old grill with wood or bits:thumb:

and thanks bro, she puts a good amount of hours into our meals, especially hers.

and btw, that skillet chicken is fucking delicious. nice dry and crispy

I don't eat as clean as I should. Main reason is because I have always believed in training hard. I did 14 yrs in Army. In every Army school Chow sucked, but most ppl lost weight. I like being able to eat a small bag of chips at night while I'm carb back loading and burn it the next day. It's not easy. Of course the closer to a show, I dial it back some.

if meat weren't so heavy and making me feel bloated/full most of the time, I'd have all of my food thread with meat and no poultry.

half cup of rice, 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup of black beans, some broc splits..the side is a handful of raisins for the sweet craving and lime for the chicken..the marinade was made with lime and forget the rest lol

starting slowly(2 weeks of it)to cut back on carbs, increase fats and protein..

Had this last night with brus sprouts...it was grilled and served. sorry for not taking pics when it was done, kinda forgot since i was starved.
it was seasoned with some general spices, simple stuff. beautiful thing about living in new england, is the fresh seafood you'll get..literally from your own backyard.

Rhode Island Seafood - The Local Catch, Inc. - Fresh. Local. Sustainable.

Gardners Wharf Seafood - Live Lobsters - Fresh Fish - Shellfish

it was $12 a pound when usually it's near $18 for swordfish. we would of bought many pounds, but it would be frozen and that's a :nono:

and so it begins. 1/3 of the carbs i normally consume. high pro/high fats low carbs...and high fiber as well...tons of veggies.

the fats come from 1 avocado. i plan on eating 2 of them a day; one at lunch and one at dinner.

the chicken was sizzled a bit then put in the oven to dry up some more. we're now using avocado oil for cooking, well for me that is. she prefers coco oil. paprika, s&p, cayenne and that's it for the chicken...oh and added half a lime as well after it was cooked. to put things into perspective on my intake of rice. that bowl made of all rice and black beans. normally i'd eat that container in 2 days; now that will last me an entire week.

beans have tons of fiber and protein and gives me variety in flavors. the veggies just have s&p and some garlic & onion powder.

I just use light olive oil for my cooking. I use so little of it anyway, didn't see any need to go looking for coconut oil or whatever.

I go back and forth with the all natural and regular powder. now that i'm going back ON and tweaking up my food intake a bit, i figured i could use a bit of a sweet/cheat when i have my powder. so i ordered this time the mocha cappuccino flavor

the all natty one is more expensive with a few less servings. always get them from bbing.com...i order on monday and it's here on wednesday eve delivery.

it's time to change things up a bit. this time i plan on eating red meat once a week. i will also add fish to it. so now my food will consist of 4 days of chicken/turkey, one day of red meat(no pork)and another day of fish.

it will still consist of high pro, high fats low carb. i've been thinking that i need to eat more meat rather than once a month. i don't like the bloated feeling or being "bulky" around the waist/gut area.

i'm missing essential vitamins from the red meat and once a week is not going to kill my either. this will also help me add weight faster, which is what i need. otherwise for me to gain weight, is usually not easy and i don't plan on increasing any of my doses.

simple stuff here. S&P, with some coco oil. same for the veggies. no sauce for dipping.

made from scratch. turkey(fat free grounded) meatballs and sauce was homemade as well...if anyone needs to recipe, i will post. im switching my rice for pasta for carbs. rice tends to bloat me more than pasta and besides, i get better nutrients with pasta, or at least this one. that is half a serving of pasta and many servings for meatballs
