Not getting it. If dna has to lose fat, isn't that process going to be enhanced by consuming moderate amounts of good fats? Wouldn't it be MORE important for those who have a higher level of BF to get some good fat? Tree nuts, PB, avocados, etc?

Why would dna have to avoid good fats if he is fat?

it's no different than having your reg protein shake, just adding some good veggies to make it better/healthier.

Lol... On a side note I add a little powdered Irish sea moss to it as well. The taste is fine. Natty PB makes it taste a lot better. I'm a big fan of asparagus so I add that into anything.

Rado I understand that you're joking but this is yet another example that you still believe fat makes you fat. "Pbr is high in cals and fat" therefore Dna shouldn't eat it since he's already fat. Right?

Calories make you fat period. You can eat fucken pure sugar or pure lard. As long as your burning more calories than your taking in you will lose weight.

For me it's about a look. I look better on high protein, high carbs, low fat.
