Basically its saying the data WHO and the AHA used for their dietary guidelines was tailored to fit a certain narritive and that narritive is incorrect. We all know mono- and polysaturated fat is good for us but saturated fat in some cases is actually good for us and in other cases it is just neutral, not bad.
