Cardio is important for overall health but diet and weights are more important for muscle mass and fat mass.

Cardio is important period, regardless of fat mass, muscle mass etc.

Have you not said you're wanting to drop fat?

Cardio...whats the point of looking big, cut, etc....but can't jog or run?

Cardio, food, training......is how I prioritize it.

Saying no to cardio is like saying I don't want test in my cycle....just ignorant

Your very own first post said to drop fat, now you talk about fat mass? Damn dude, you're all over the place

I guess I should have shared this before. Last year in May I got my bmr tested and it was a little under 3000 kcal/day. Im not on as much gear now as I was then so Im betting my bmr is close to 2700 kcal/day which is why I choose that number as my daily goal. Im just wondering if its too low?

Im not trying to gain fat mass but loose it. Im not saying cardio is unimportant, its important for overall health and I do regular cardio but I dont set a specific time or only so a specific exercise. One day I may take my dogs on a long walk, the next a short walk, the next not at all but I went kayaking. You all are saying I should have an exact measurment of kcal expended and I should should do a specific ammount each day so it is consistent but I do not see a point to it. There are studies, your body adapts to cardio over time and you stop burning as many kcal for the exercise as you once did. For instance, if I jogged 30 minutes every day, after a couple months, where I may have burned 300 kcal I am now only burning 150 kcal.

Why don't you just drop all the gear and just focus on the training and the diet and then when you are @ a comfortable body fat level then get back on the AAS.

You may not be on a high dose of test but it can still cause your E2 levels to rise where you will still bloat up and @ 21 body fat I don't think it's a good thing...

Yeah, not attacking you or anything. It's just that when someone is dead set on using, there's not much we can say that can dissuade them.

That number is what it is if you feel that's what you need a day....your taking in 2700 a day...got it... your a big guy and Im sure that's not much for you. I asked you..what are you burning a day... if your not burning more then your taking in (running a deficit) you aren't gonna loose it bro. cardio is the best way to burn the calories. that's all Im saying. you know this..its proven. ya either run with whats proven and make it happen..or try other stuff and hope ya get to your goals. the choice is all yours bro.

The problem is you don't have tiger discipline... No attack bro but your going around in circles here, your results aren't reflective of your "tiger vision"..

If you did exactly what I told you to do for 2 months you'd have better results than you've had the last 3 years.
