Hey I'm making this thread so it can keep me motivated to eat more throughout the day and to eat a tad bit cleaner foods since I haven't really been hitting my macros/caloric intake and haven't been that motivated. So this is like a diet journal or food tracker you can say.

First meal.

7 whole eggs, cooked in spray oil so no extra calories/fats added.

2 packets of apple&cinnamon quaker oatmeal.

1 cup of whole milk.

900Calories (66C/46F/56P)

Now off to write down my workout regime for the next 6 weeks and adjust accordingly

Idk what that means but I'm actually still pretty hungry. I didn't take my arimidex dose today so I think that has something to do with it. Currently preparing and seasoning some chicken for my post workout meal tonight

adex has nothing to do with appetite unless your taking some crazy dose or its something else in the adex bottle. where is the adex from?

I get it from cvs lol pharmacy grade my friend has it prescribed and sells it to me for like $30-40 a bottle, good deal. But Ima get Aromasin soon much better option. I was taking 1mg everyday then dropped to .5 ED now I'm doing .5 eod but I didn't take it today

Why are you worried about adding a little fat from cooking oil (olive oil) when you take in whole milk and so many whole eggs? I want to get more of my fat from poly or mono rather than saturated fat.

I'm not worried about taking in extra fats. I just feel like I shouldn't eat too many fats cuz then I go over the amount of calories I need. My goal is to eat 3400calories a day that's about half a pound gained per week. I feel anymore than that and I start gaining unnecessary fat gains. Fat has 9 calories per gram (I'm sure you know this) but I don't need fat for fuel. I need carbs and protein for fuel and rebuild muscle. My macros are 45% Carbs 35% Protein 20% Fats. I don't not need high fats in my diet unless I'm eating lower Carbohydrates.

I only eat one cup with breakfast a day. Don't really pound down the milk. I drink my protein in water.

No not really I'd eat when I'm hungry but I thought if I ate every 2 hours my body will get adapt to it so once I miss a meal I'll be hungry. My appetite is actually back, I'm eating this like it's nothing.

Yea I can honestly say I never ran an AI until this year. I googled it and apparently it's common for breast cancer women to lose their appetite while taking arimidex. The only problem is I'm not a breast cancer female. Or atleast I don't think I am...Life is a set up.

Only got about 500 calories left. Hit my protein intake. Just need to get my carbs up to end the day. Ate a little bit of more fats than I intended but no big deal
