Tren mix is done and just running test prop.
Also added tbol and var at 30mg each ed.
Probably run this setup for a couple weeks before I switch to TPP and NPP for a nice little blast. Gotta give myself a break from the nandrolones though. Anxiety was getting too high.

Woke up with some kind of yuck going on.
Went to the gym, got a mediocre session in.
Bike 10 mins
SS: Machine calf raises w/ seated calf raises 1x20/12, 1x12/10, 1x8/8, 1x12/10
Smith incline press 3x20, rp 1x15/8, 1x15/7, 1x15/10
Pulldowns neutral 1x15, 1x10, 3x8
Cable low row neutral 4x8
Standing cable flyes 1x15, 1x12, ds 1x10/8/8

Gonna try to get some rest, well see if that helps.

Do you take in a lot of vitamin d? Sometimes when I start feeling like that and I get bloods my vitamin d is low. I start taking some pills to raise it. I feel a lot better after that.

Right now I supplement with 3000iu/75mg a day. Probably not enough but I take so many damn pills.

Push I saw in and older post here you saying you were going to "take a break from nandrolones because the anxiety was getting too high". Can you go a little deeper into your meaning. What type of sides were you feeling exactly? I've noticed since I dropped deca I'm definitely more calm, I didn't know why. Why does deca increase anxiety/stress?

I tend to get agitated easier and seem to have less rational thoughts when I stay on tren, deca, npp for any extended period of time.
Typically the first thing I start to notice that Im less trusting and have a shorter fuse. Also I will become more anxious about regular everyday activities.
I usually know its time to get off when I become almost paranoid. I notice that I focus/think about hypothetical situations and then start to actually justify/believe the made up scenarios.

To answer the second question about why, you can find all sorts of studies in relation to nandrolone use and anxiety. Im just not smart enough to completely understand/explain any of them.
