I periodically read your log bro, nice posts and good work. You're my age and relatively close to my height, 5'8". How the legs coming along? You seem nice and lean, that I don't have an issue with. My legs tend to hold more water, I'm still vascular, but nothing like my upper body.

Cardio? Not sure I seen it.

Legs are a weak point of mine.
Although they are lean, just staring to show some good shape. Definitely more vascular now. I'll get some pics up soon.

Cardio, none at all.
Sometimes I will keep time between sets very low but no cardio.

Worked late, but made time for a quick chest session.

Giant set, drop weight for each grip change.

Flat Bench / Close grip / Wide grip 1x15/10/8, 1x8/8/10, 1x7/7/10, 1x6/6/10, 1x6/6/10, 1x6/6/10, 1x10/10/10

On another note I usually eat 2 pop tarts on the way home from the gym.
And today I found my new favorite.

Thanks bouncer, I appreciate the kind words.

I'll try to post more around the forum.
Most of my experience is from trial and error with my own cycles, based on things I've read and tried, learning from how my body reacts.
One thing I know is that, everyone is different and what works for me doesn't necessarily work for someone else.
It's not cookie cutter.
