I'm sure you've mentioned this and apologize for not knowing. But what is your current cycle and length. I see you post many nice pics of all sorts of gear. But curious to know what you're on and doses.

We have similar frame/build, same age i believe(42 in june for me)and I'm 5'8"...i have yet to weigh myself in about 2 if not 3 months. I know I'm in the 190s, but don't really wanna know, not quite yet. I go by the mirror, how i feel and how my clothes fit me.

I see what you eat and your trainig, and looks good.

And can i make a suggestion when you post pics of yourself, say it is a body pic...don't care about no dam pop tarts..lol

in a non homo way, i like to see others who train, eat right on their pics and progress. I too can learn from others.

Current cycle:

Test e, deca, eq, all at 500mg a week.
Just added tren a, started at .5ml and have ramped up to .8ml eod.
Proviron 50mg every day, split doses.

Plan was chest and triceps.
Got through my chest movements and started with machine dips for triceps.
As soon as I stood up after the first set the whole right side of my abdomen cramped up.
I had to stretch my right arm up over my head and try to work it loose with my left hand.
I got it loose and rested for a couple minutes, I decided that maybe putting my belt on would help.
But as I bent over to pick it up, I cramped up again.
I called it a day after that.

Standing cable flyes 1x20, 3x12, 1x15
DB incline press 2x12, 2x10, 1x8, 1x8, 1x6, 1x4, 1x8, 1x14
Machine chest press 1x12, 3x7-8, drop set 1x7/8/8

Already got 3350 Cals already in today with 2 more feedings to go.
Time to switch up the cycle.
Only a couple more weeks of deca.
Going to up my dose of test and drop in anadrol for 4-6 weeks, then cut down a little for vacation with tren and maybe winny.

Didn't have too much time so I decided rest pause would keep intensity high and increase volume.
Lying leg curls rest pause 1x12/8, 1x10/7, 4x8/5
Leg extensions rp 1x15/8, 1x12/6, 4x8/5

Got home and decided to get in a quick garage session.
Shoulders and Triceps.

I eat every 2-3 hours then get hungry again 2-3 hours later. It's a lot of food but it's spread out pretty evenly throughout the day. Plus it's easier to eat this many calories because I'm not too focused on eating clean right now.
