Not getting to crazy with gear . I still have the torn labrum and impingement. I hate to waist anything especially great and proven products from PSL ! . But its time to put in the work and prove the gear is just a tool to get ya there. With out Hard work, dedication, determination and proper nutrition your just spinning your wheels. Update more in a bit. I work 11-7 tonight and 3-11 the rest of the week.

This charming home features 4 bedrooms, morning room, dining room and living room, *2 baths, 2 car garage, full basement with 6 sliding glass door and a 3 piece rough in, master suite with walk in closet and a large shower bath, a fabulous and spacious country kitchen with ample cabinetry and an island, enhanced by beautiful 42 cabinetry and granite counters with a stainless steel under mount sink. The vaulted ceiling at the foyer entry and living room add charm, the beautiful morning room features a cathedral ceiling, ample windows and a sliding glass door. After this vacation I just had, i will be very active and pushing myself hard. No EXCUSES, just RESULTS!
I will be doing cardio 5 days a week. HIIT, jogging, steps and the arch trainer. I will be doing a combination of band work, free weights, machines and bodyweighted exercises . I Will have to experiment with upper body exercises and adjust due to the injuries.

I will be carb cycling also.

I hear you.. injuries are a mother of all set backs.. have a herniated disc out for 4 months.. then came back harder... deal with pains on the daily but it's manageable

I could deal with the labrum. I have before. The impingement is what is screwing me up. Loss of strength in left bicep and pain in bicep caused from shoulder/ labrum. It is what it is.

Mace, it's nice to have a good attitude about your future, I'm all for that. But because you've posted about your current situation before I have to ask you something. Try not to take this personal because I'm honestly not talking shit here. How do you go from you're current situation living in the basement of your parents house with 6 kids to the house in those pictures? Who's paying for that? Maybe you've saved up some money? Can you afford that house 8-9 months down the road after your savings have run out? I'm not sure where you live but in Cali that house is easily $2500-$3000 a month at the very least.

I'm just keeping it real here bro, I know your excited and all but why not move into something a bit more modest and something that won't drain your bank account every single month. I know you have a large family but why not rent something like a townhouse? It may not have all the rooms you need but it would certainly be a massive upgrade from a basement and it would definilty be far more manageable cost wise.

Well if you can afford it and won't have issues paying it down the road go for it. I personally would go for something a little more manageable. That house is massive.

Its well worth it for the cost. Adds about 30 minutes to my work travel, its in a diff state.
If we can get something 30-50k cheaper im there. I know it wont be like this. As long as it is in a good school zone for the kids. Thats one requirement. Oh and the wife....

Last night did some one arm shoulder press with bands.
And biceps.
Had to go very light on the bands. I was pleasantly surprised i didnt have the pinching in my bicep/forearm.*
Biceps i did*
In and outs
Standing one arm curls.
I tried some supination curls, with success but it had an awkward feel with the left upper forearm/bicep head.*
Kept everything high rep light weight and very steady. No sudden movements or jerking.*
Will hit cardio at the gym.. Its mental going to the gym and. Doing just cardio.. Ok gonna try some triceps today. Maybe legs
