Alrighty. I am almost done with my cycle. I should have been done this week but my measurements must have been a little off, Haha. I'll be wrapped up next week and I'll post final pics along with my observations from my stack.

My dad finanally commented that I lost weight (I actually stayed the same weight but lost fat) and he is pretty oblivious to such things so I am pretty happy. My diet was not as strict as I had intended so I am 4% body fat above my ideal result would have been but I'm A Lot stronger now than I was when I started the cycle and I did loose around 6% body fat, I think it was, while maintaining the same weight.

Great job Avid. Now just don't lose focus as you come off cycle. It'll be hard but you can do it.

Alright, I am done with my cycle and now it's time to give my, end of cycle synopsis. I have included two pictures, one a little before I started the cycle and one at the end of the cycle.

What have I learned about myself?

1) I carry a disproportionate amount of fat in my trunk. I am 6% bodyfat lower the latter photo as I am a little over 17% fat now. My arms and legs have very little fat on them, all the fat is stored in my trunk. You may doubt the 17% body fat but I used the same method of measuring my body fat from start to finish and I have had a 6% decline in body fat according to the same InBody body composition analyzer .

2) I was on a high tren, moderate mast, low test regime and I had virtually no sideffects with this setup. The only sideffect was I was winded faster than normal. I had no rage, no sexual distinction, no insomnia, etc.

3) My strength increased dramatically. I am benching incline 405lbs and 455lbs flat. 405lbs was my max on flat bench, I went up 50lbs in just a few months!

My thoughts on the gear.

Everything was very smooth. I had no pip even when I pinned small muscle groups like my trap or bicep.

Final thoughts.

I wish I kept my diet as strict as I had planned. If I had I would have likely had a little lower body fat%, but I cannot complain too much. I started off around 305lbs and ended up 305lbs but with a 6% lower body fat.

I can tell you lost some weight in the second pic and show more shape in your lateral delt. What's your current weight?

What's your goal? I can tell you lost weight but I'm guessing your diet isn't on point. And I'm going to guess and say you're closer to 25% bf. I do think you lost 6% but you're not in the teens. I would guess I'm around 12% in my avatar. Again just a guess.

I actually don't think you lost much bodyfat at all to be honest. Hair hides more than you think. If you shaved like that first pic I don't think you would see much difference. Delts definitely got bigger.

I am 305lbs. My diet started out strict and then went to shit like it normally does.

I don't really have a set goal, I just lift for anxiety/stress relief and as a hobby. Every once in a while I think about getting into some powerlifting or strongman competitions or start doing some Highland games but I haven't started training with that as a focus.

I used the same InBody machine through the entire process. The 17% might not be wholly accurate but the 6% body fat reduction I would think is, I don't see how that would be off since I am using the same machine.

I'll shave my chest and take a pic this weekend for you Bouncer.

Good job regarldess and I agree as well, not in the teens for bodyfat.

Hair hides like bouncer stated, I've been there myself.
