Whey protien or creatine?

Which is the best choice ??? what is the difference between to these? can both will help in muscle building?

both are a good choice especially for post workout. for most of your protein needs real food is still king though. chicken, beef, fish, eggs, etc..

Agree with Bouncer. Both is the correct answer.

Creatine is one of the few supplements that has actually been tested fairly rigorously for efficacy. It really works.

The supplement creatine monohydrate can overcharge the ATP-CP system. In some people it will allow them to get an extra few seconds of charge. Some people make enough CP on their own that the creatine supplement will do nothing.

The Pros:

An extra few reps per set if taken 30 minutes before a workout
An extra puffy look from the extra water that creatine sucks into your muscles.
It's perfectly safe.
The cons:

The puffy look will go away when you stop taking it (this could be a pro too...)
You're spending money on a supplement that may or may not be terribly helpful. You can figure this out pretty quick by recording your workouts with and without the supplement.
