I have a tiny chest and want to make it bigger. I have been working on it for about a year and a half now and still havent gotten very much size out of it, This applies with my traps also. Maybe its just genetics I dont know?

Thanks for the links, Ive been meaning to calculate my BMR for about a week now. Don't know how accurate my calculations are, but seeing how it breaks down helps put things into perspective.
