need help with burning legs

hey guys found you online. im getting back into working out and I'm doing cardio. About 10 minutes into cardio my calf muscles burn so bad.. then they tense up and i can barely walk

anything i can take to help with that?

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and also enough sodium. I cramp up in the summer all the time. Take something like Gatorade the next time and see if it happens still.

In addition to the water, make sure you're stretching really well, too.

When did you start working out again and how long were you off? I think what you are experiencing is simply out of shape muscles. Keep doing what you doing and give it another week or two and you'll be fine. Until you decide to up the intensity again.
