What ppl need to realize is that legs are part of your symmetry. Not saying you don't have them but MOST guys don't have them nor work on them. The fact that you're on a single LOW dose steroid and have that physique, good job buddy. But shave for fucks sake; you'd probably get more ass, from women that is

I agree with you about my chest. I'm strong when it comes to chest exercises but for some reason my chest doesn't grow much

If I were to guess I'd have to say around 170 :x

perfect example of why weight doesn't mean a thing. people get lost with numbers and forget to look in the fucking mirror.

For some it's both bro....Some like the look and are weaklings in the gym...Some are ok with having some fat on them and still look good(maybe not to you), some can pull off both looks; Being big and lean. Certainly not that easy.

But yes I do agree with people getting lost in the numbers and shit;

"Bro, I weigh 260lbs and you're 40lbs lighter than me" but the lighter person looking and feeling better...Once again; it's just a choice that's all.

I also have to point out; most don't have legs to match upper body

That's cool man, just giving you a hard time! I don't care for shaving either but I've got to work in a clean room, so a beard is too uncomfortable for me.

Looks like the secondary muscles (delts and tris) are doing all the work, instead of the primary muscle (pecs).

How are you training chest?

It's definitely a fun job. A lot of freedom if you're in the right place.

any type of bench routine i usually do with my legs raised in the air to try and isolate my chest more that along with trying to keep my back as flat to the bench as possible. I also enjoy cable work for my chest. Fly's, cable press etc. I try to incorporate all machines/free weights into my routines. But I can see what you are saying cause my arms are usually the first thing to go when i train chest. my arms end up feeling like spaghetti

Try to pre-exhaust your chest, maybe do flyes first before bench. That way, you can hit your pecs hard before your tris give out.

While I agree with all of the suggestions above lets not forget that with current body weight muscles will only grow so much. If you want more size at some point you gonna have to put on about 10-15lbs of quality weight.

Bro you look great! And you're a lightweight and I mean no harm by that. Imagine if you added about 20-30lbs of nice solid lean mass in about a years time. Don't be so down on how you look; great job brother!

30 lbs of lean mass in a year? not going to happen even with gh, slin, and high dose aas. slow and steady gains is the only way. 30lbs in a year will not be good weight.

If you think at 5'9" and 161lbs he doesn't need to gain any quality weight to improve his chest you don't know shit about bodybuilding you need to close this board down and go kill yourself.
You just lost all of your credentials.

Tell you what...why don't you drop 60lbs get down to 170lbs and try to get back to your 230lbs chest, arm, leg sizes you used to have with some good old isolation and pre exhaustion exercises without gaining any weight. I'd love to see you try it.

I swear tren made you stupid too.

Guy doesn't have an ounce of body fat to begin with and at his height and weight his muscles are already at their peak size and with out gaining weight they are not going to grow.

Now I can also tell that genetically his chest is going to lag behind no matter what he does. Look at kevin levrone or lee preist as big as they were their chest is always lagged slightly behind the other body parts.

I wonder why Phil Heath gained any weight? Because surely he could've just do some individual body part isolation moments and achieve the same size that he he is today.

went a bit of the deep end there bro.

simply talking about a chest reshaping and routine change to hit his chest better. he may need to gain some weight but that weight would be spread out evenly all over and his chest would still be the same.

Nope I did not. My post (#24) clearly says I agree with the suggestions but he still needs to put on a few pounds to improve his chest because at 5, 9" 161lbs there is a limit to how much you can grow.

But you went and flat out said "he does not need to gain weight to improve his chest"
Tell me how is that right?

i do agree with your main point. but i also think a physique can change "shape" without gaining or losing weight depending on what type of training and how you train etc..

For fucks sake stop trying to make shit points so you can win an argument.
You can no longer make any progress if you are maxed out. At 5'9" 161lbs with super low body fat level colossous is pretty much is maxed out. Whatever he does or changes in his routine is gonna be hardly visible in his physique.

If he wants to add size or make any changes he needs to put on some good clean quality muscle. Period.

You can't make the half glass of water full without adding more water.

you can change the look of the water by tilting it slightly, adding some food color and giving it a ripple effect. completely different look without adding or taking away the water.

GTFO! what is he gonna do? take the muscles from his legs and arms and put on his chest?
Bro glass is always gonna be half empty unless you add more water to it.
End of discussion.

LMAO you guys never fail to amuse me. Thanks for all the constructive criticism!

Another thing i should point out is that my body weight fluctuates 5lbs on the daily. sometimes even more. Also wanted to throw this out there. Havent been too good on diet and lifting in the passed 2 -3 weeks. The wife and I just moved so it's been a bit hectic.

I am definitely looking gain lean quality mass. That has always been my goal. I dont like the chubby phase of bulking lol.

Thanks Ronin! and what i mean right under 5'9" i am actually like 5'8'' and 3/4 lol always say i am 5'9" to people. idk why i posted what i did about my height lol.

FB… Yes both of my legs have tattoo attempts by yours truly
