Heres a pic of me 2 years of being off. I have never posted a pic of myself off cycle before especially for being off this long. I took this yesterday at the gym. Im 59 at 190 lbs. I feel small and sloppy. lol

I just started a low dose cycle of test (375mg per week) this weekend. I want to lean out and add some quality muscle which should be very doable. Heading to Florida in July and hoping to get to around 8% but add a good 5-10 pounds.

Certainly nothing to be ashamed of natty. Good size and shape and could easily be shredded within a month.

Thanks B but you can imagine how you would feel about yourself if you were natty for a couple years. Although I made the decision to be off due to my circumstances it has been difficult. I'm very self-conscious of my body just like you are. Wish I could be more content with my physique. It's both good and bad.

I agree, you are in very good shape and within two months will fill out and lean out with a good eating plan. Good luck on your goals!

To be honest I felt much better being on. Doesn't mean I felt bad being off. I don't lose my focus of diet and training when I'm off but the intensity isn't the same for sure.

I get what you're saying. Why did you go back on when you took some time off? Probably the same reason I did. You look and feel better when you're on. I wish I could be satisfied with how I look when I'm off. I'm not satisfied with the way I look when I'm on. lol

Why do you stay on? Would you ever come off for good?

Thanks FB. Being healthy is my main priority. Ever since my little girl came into my life I want to make sure the choices I make allow me to be around as long as possible.

When I came off I felt constantly anxious, I was still strong but after one heavy hard workout I felt 80 years old the day after and if my diet slipped it would show very quickly. I lacked energy and confidence.

But honestly I didn't look as good as you.

Would I come off? Yeah maybe onto just high dose gh

I wonder how much is mental. Funny how you can think I look good but I see myself as garbage. lol I would not be able to go to the beach or any place with my shirt off in that type of condition.

With the size you have I bet you'd look great leaned out and off cycle. I'm with ya on the lack of energy and confidence though. That part sucks!

Nice work and dedication.

Your picture has motivated me. I've been trying to save funds and get back on the gas, but then I see what you have accomlished while being off and realize that I need more dedication and less additives.

Thanks for the kick in the ass. You set a nice look to achieve before getting back ON.

Whatever cycle your on now, stay on. This version of Mr.I is very easy to like. The troll version of yourself that you've acted in the past is one of the most unlikable and annoying characters on the planet.

This is the Mr.I I like and respect.

Did it ever occur to you that being the guy who runs the forum people naturally want to be you pal, so with this pretext when you single someone out it creates the perfect environment for others that are having a bad day to stick the boot in for a free shot.

Then if the marked person responds they have the whole forum members to go against and get labelled.

Just wondered

thats an excuse to defend your previous behavior. there is a night and day difference in you. nothing to do with me at all. if you were singled out it was because you deserved it. own it bro. I acknowledge my mistakes and so too should you.

<---Take the muscle from my shoulders/arms/chest and make it fat and stick it to my sides. My love handles are just awful. I feel like I'm in a rut. I try to slim down and I lose too much muscle, try to bulk up and my stomach looks worse.

I dunno...I'm in a physical shape, mental funk.

Look guys

At the end of the day, any form of exercise is a positive addition to life in the following lose order;

1) It's healthy
2) It makes you feel good being physical
3) It makes you look better and can be social either as your doing it or in sharing thoughts in discussions about it

Those are the key points, getting hooked up on what bf% you are or how your muscles compare to others is bullshit unless your a competitive bodybuilder and even then it's best to focus on your own work

What changes are you making to get out of the rut? Set a goal and a date. You have the knowledge to transform your physique.

My diet being natty is:

7 egg whites 2 whole eggs
1/2 cup oats

9 oz chicken
4oz brown rice
4oz spinach

Can of tuna
2 rice cakes

9 oz chicken
4oz brown rice
4oz spinach

Post workout shake

9 oz of lean meat (whatever my wife makes)
4 oz carb
4 oz green very

I'm extremely consistent during the week. My problem is on the weekends I usually don't eat enough and I'll have about 3 cheat meals.

What I'm changing now is that I'm getting all my meals in during the weekend and only 1 cheat meal. And I drop my meat serving from 9oz to 7oz.
