I'm running 400mg cypionate, 300mg tren, along with sarms 4033, mk677, s4, 1516. Not sure what else I should do or up the volume. Bottom pic is 10 months ago, leaner then, not more bulk.

Looking good bro. Could always increase AAS dose or change compounds if your looking for more in terms of results.

Yea, I want and need more results. I do men's physique and am 36yo. Get labs done regularly. What should I increase to?

Increase real AAS and get rid of ineffective stuff. Up the test a bit, add in masteron, maybe some anavar. Something like adex for aromatise.

Lol...diet is about to get better. Show is 8/20...I normally clean it up 3 weeks out. I heard the sarms kinda help launch, but wasn't sure. This was last show in March.

Only have access to deca, tren, cyp...anavar, every once in awhile

I have a real untraditional split...in the am, I start with 20 mins cardio, then Abs, then I lift..typically 2 muscle groups superset. I aim for 4-5 sets, first major set, the 4 for the rest. Normally 3 different circuits. Then in the afternoon-evening, I hit the same muscles, but lighter and like detail muscles. Like if it's chest and shoulders, in the pm, I'll do pushups and rear delts or something. Reasons is, I'm a trainer and damn near have no time. Plus I train with 2 clients in the am..
