Hey everyone,
I'm Ryan, im 5'9 185 and i started lifting about a year ago this January and im ready to take it to the next level. Ive never ate healthy, and my gains are becoming minimal. "Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

If you look that good after crappy workouts and a bad diet, you have great potential! Good muscle mass in the upper body and proportions. keep it up

i'd suggest waiting until you get your diet and training in check. also... only 1 year of working out is nothing. you have great foundation to work with, so don't ruin your potential by using AS soo quickly.

Beat me to it..

GT is right, one year means nothing when you have to get your training and diet down tight.. Maybe after 6+ years of steady bangin', then research.. ;)

hey man, bulk all u can right now because it wont affect u if u cut up. Cause what if right now ur under 200 pounds and cut up. Try going over and then cutting up, imo i like that more. I wasnt happy with being cut under 200 pounds, i have to cut up sooneror later cause im at 225 and feel bloated.

Just because you are bulking doesn't mean your bf has to skyrocket, just keep the carbs complex don't just throw in cheeseburgers and whatever you feel like.. eat potatoes oatmeal .. the healthy carbs and obviously eat everything meat and whey in site.. you can bulk without loosing all site of your abs ;)
