AvidFisherman 07-08-15 10:44 AM

creatine monohydrate

Deadlift605 07-08-15 11:03 AM

Food first, then a protein powder. Staples of training.

Bouncer 07-08-15 11:43 AM

food is main importance.

your looking at it all wrong when you say "i want to gain weight with supplements". supps are there to help but food is the real weapon of choice.

Deadlift605 07-10-15 11:04 AM

supplements are exactly what they are called, "supplements" to something you should be doing.

as long as your calorie intake is higher then what you are burning off per day you will gain weight. technically any kind of food would do the trick.

for bodybuilding purposes:

eggs, chicken, beef, fish, whey, peanut butter, avacado, oatmeal, rice, pasta, fruit.

weight gainers are garbage, might as well go to mcdonalds

nothing beats real food

Bouncer 06-21-16 08:19 PM

Yea majority of cals in weight gainers are low quality sugars and fats. Even the protein in them is usually a lower quality compared to whey isolate or concentrate.

Only time I'd recommend them is if you are already someone eating 5-6 meals a day and still need to gain more.

Personally I'd make my own if I was going all out with bulking and not worried about fat gain. 2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 1/2 cup oats, 10oz whole milk and a few ice cubes in blender. Far superior to low quality weight gainers. Better protein, fat, and carb quality.

That's pretty much what I was drinking daily for breakfast while on cycle. 1000 calories and tasted great.

Only thing that possibly could is whey if your training and doing everything properly except not getting enough protein. In that situation you'd see some pretty good results. Creatine is another possible one.

serious mass is one of the best mass gainer supplement. I used it myself and quite impressed of this product

domin8 06-21-17 02:33 PM

gotta take quick mass, i used it with creatine monohydrate and gained 20lbs in 1.5-2 months

BowHunter 07-06-17 06:31 PM

Most of the calories in weight gainers is just sugar. Yeah, you'll gain weight alright, but who wants to be a tub of lard?

Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass and BSN True-Mass are the good protein supplements for weight gain but still I can’t suggest these supplements to our near and dear ones. Because all these have many side effects if taken in access my mistake and may affect your digestive system, Liver and many times create kidney problems. Therefore, I recommend you to take it with the advice of only health care specialist or otherwise opt natural ways to gain a weight like diet with large protein & energy dense etc.

overdose of test? what dose would that be? :D

Derek Wilson 02-23-18 04:23 AM

Eating enough protein is the key and Lean beef is very high in protein. You can think about it if you like. By the way, weight gain is not a good thing overall.

zenard 02-26-18 05:10 AM

Bemass is good. It’s designed for growing muscles and gaining weight.

alexan 02-26-18 05:16 AM

My advice is to try Testalot. It’s a well-balanced complex, my coach advised me to try it.

Derek Wilson 03-05-18 08:24 AM

I have no idea about Testalot

Derek Wilson 03-11-18 02:23 PM

Try Fish, meat etc.
