was doing seated calf raises (225lbs) about a week ago and the middle top part of my foot started aching. didn't really think about it but now a week later it's still hurting. was doing cardio yesterday and it started hurting again walking on a slight incline.

never heard of hurting the top part of your foot. anyone else? the fuck kind of injury is that?

i been soaking it in hot water and epsom salt before bed. not sure what else i can do to speed that shit up.

You probably have osteoporosis. Old people, mostly women get it. It's a beta disease.

I use 180lbs for working out...not bad(for me) considering you have much bigger calfs.

Anyway back to topic...hope it gets worse

just the muscles in the foot seem tight. when i soak it in hot water and epsom it relaxes. doesn't hurt from within the bone if that makes sense. just feels like muscles in a mild cramp.

You get way too many cramps bro. And I know you eat plenty of salt; mexicali chica😎

Wonder what gives. I'm the opposite, I barely get them and can't remember last time I had one. Yet previous labs shows me dehydrated
