Both died in 2017 within days of each other. Both too young. Won't be many bodybuilders left at the rate we're going. We gotta go back to golden age aas doses because it's become blatanly obvious that everything we have "learned" the last 30 years has been complete dogshit. Abuse = body destruction not bodybuilding.

I’ve seen a few videos of the cycles all these guys take and it’s INSANE. One video on Rich’s cycles was like $40k worth of shit. And multiple orals and tons of oils. I hope it wasn’t real but I really don’t doubt it. The video claimed it was multiple thousands of mg a week of all kinds of shit. And multiple daily injections of insulin and some shit Ive never even heard of
