  • Watman filters, re-using?

Can anyone tell me, is there some way of cleaning and sterilizing these filters to be used again?

If I run some acetone(or MA, or something) through it and then some distilled water to rinse.....let it evaporate, will it be cool or will I ruin it? If I use a 0.2 micron filter for a tren conversion and then want to use it again for a cyp. conversion, how do I go about it?

On a side note, as a general rule if I want to completely sterilize vials or anything like that how would I go about doing it? I've read that acetone----then rinse with distilled H2O----the heat in oven...... all kinds of theories?

The filters have plastic housings. They are not compatable with organic solvents like acetone. They aren't that expensive; just buy more.

If you are doing two conversions back to back, you can use the same filter. Just flush it with oil between conversions.

As for sterilizing vials, it is difficult to do without an autoclave. Sterile vials are cheap too; just buy them.

Run 100ml through em and dump it. They're too cheap to fuck around with cleaning them.
