Adex question

I haven’t used dbol in years but I thought I might play around with some at around 25mgs split twice a day. I have always used nolvadex in the past but a friend of mine gave me some Adex. How much and how often would I use this stuff. Cycle will be 500 test-e 25mgs dbol idk for how long yet just depends how I feel on it. Anything I need to be aware of before I dive into this. I read the info on it in the steroid profile section. Any feedback appreciated here

you may not need it but if you do .5mgs every other day will do.
