            maybe up test to 500 wk and run dbol first 6 week and fina last 6 wk of a 12 wk cycle..

              As far as stats, im 26, 5' 8", 186lbs. Not too sure on body fat% (15-20%) Two and a half years ago i weighed 235lbs, with a 41in. waist now its 32in. All through high school i was in the weight room for sports, then i got into drugs and alcohol and got fat. So after 6 years of being fat here i am. (hope thats not too much info, lol) Now ive been training heavily for 3 years natural. I run at least 15 miles a week. in the gym 6 days a week. Two months ago i did a fina only cycle 100mg EOD for 7 weeks. Goals easy, shed body fat and add muscle. The fina cycle wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be, hardly any sides and cut some fat and added muscle. But i need to go to the next step, do it right! Ive done lots of research but just cant pinpoint whats best for me. I guess its like trial and error. My buddie has most of the info but he is a whole lot leaner than i am. So his advise really doesnt apply to me.

                why not start off w/ clen and concentrate on your diet....clen 2 weeks on 2 off....in the off time you would use ECA stack.....you should shed some bf% like that.....after a month or 2 of that you could jump on Prop/Winny cycle......I just think it would be easier and better for you if you would inlude your cycle when your a bit leaner.....

                  so what is your goal now? to start adding lean muscle or to continue to drop bodyfat? Getting more muscle would be tough running 15 miles a week and training 6 days a week. but one of the best cycles for either would be test prop/tren, excellent for either losing weight or gaining lean muscle.
