  • cutting cycle HELP

    help me out here... Im on a fina/prop/EQ/Winny cutting cycle.... what would u take in for lean muscle mass but ALOT of fat loss... im a bigger kind of guy... already did a couple bulkers... i would say bodyfat was atleasst 25%

    I was told that if i try to drop down my carbs to 20-30 a day that i will burn up muscle.... Pleaser i need help from any of u vets... or anyone that has done a succesfull cutter that was a little chuby around the midsection with not much definition... or anybody that can help... appreciate it

      I don't have a lot of exp with gear, but if you wanted to cut your carbs that low you will definitely lose fat. In order to preserve muscle how about a 1.5 day carb up on weekends. The bad thing is you'll feel bloated the first day. Hope that helps some.

        you can go low carb with little muscle loss! if you are on gear then that will prevent most of your muscle loss, but not all.
        Small price to pay for a ripped and shredded physique:D

          1.5 day carb up?? what u meen... Man there is this one guy that told me that if i dropped my calories drastically that i will lose ALOT of muscle while im tryin to cut.... i thought thats what the juice was their for....

                Start carbing up Friday night or after your workout on that day and eat plenty of good carbs for a day and a half. then go back toy your regular diet.

                I borrowed that from the Bodyopus diet, but in the book it has you do a two day carb up. I have never juiced so when I did that diet I knew it was too many carbs at 2 days of a carb up. Maybe while on it would be better for you. Try it and see. If you like it cool, if you don't then try less carb up time.
