best way to run hcg ?

if i have been on test for 18 weeks, what is the best way to use hcg to help recover.

should i run it at 500iu for the last 20 days of cycle or for the last 10 days at 500iu. i am 4 weeks out from PCT !!!!!

i use it near the end... aprox 3 weeks before last shot.... 10 days of 500 iu a day Sub-q

so should i buy another bottle of hcg and make it 1000iu/ed for 10 days ?

I do it 500IU EOD sub-q for 20 days (10 shots) one week after my last inject. Works great, and takes long enough that the long esters clear. Run it with Nolva, and start Clomid a day after your last shot.

usually i run it 500iu a week during cycle..run it 500iu eod for 3 weeks
