Intensity or Insanity on Animalpak.com. This is the best. Everytime I read it i get pumped up and want to go lift.

my friend in albany saw the guy that is in the animalpak advertisments in his gym. said that he was FUCKING huge. that was pretty inspirational for him. I don't use articles usually. just doing a shot motivates me. that is why I do them every day. LOL-

I don't need anything to get me motivated, I love to lift. However I find this article helps me understand how the 'other half' lives..http://www.t-mag.com/nation_articles/292tc2.html I know it's from T-mag. but it's worthwhile.

If I could live that life that arnold had for ten years I would die happy. Bodybuilding seemed so much more well rounded, just fucking eating taking test and some drol or dbol and loving life.

Watching pro-athletes in there 30's playing is huge motivation to me. It reminds me that age will only catch up to you if you let it.

Exactly why when I run it will be simple and I'll always have bloodworks done regularly (every half year normally, right now kinda weekly ordeal).
