Whey Protein and Creatine get my nod. I am not a big fan of the pro-hormones. If your gonna do it might as well do it right. But a lot of bro's I know have used some of the pro-hormones and liked them.

Steak and Rice, huh? Well, I sure as hell love to eat! I was just curious. There are so many pro-hormones on the market today and they all take a couple of months of use to even begin to work. Just not too sure about doing the "hard stuff".....LOL. I was reading in another thread about taking liquid Clen. Cinamon flavor? You can order it on the net? One squirt a day? Something like that? I may try it out. After all of these years of working out and fighting off a slowing metabolism I need to find something to jump start me. I am down to almost no carbs and loading up on Protien b/c I just can`t burn off the fat. Fairly happy with where I am, but you know how it is....never truly satisfied.

I've used 1-AD and got good results.

and there are other sites if you dont want to stick the needle there. Quads are good.

1AD and there was some concoction I used eons ago that had a whole bunch of andros, nor andros, and methoxiflavoen, etc. I got great results off of both but the price you'll spend will be triple what you'd spend on REAL stuff....good luck

Yeah, OK. Here is the deal for me. Welll, no, first let me say BIG THANKS for the replies. Next, you see, all of this Mumbo Jumbo is sort of like when you first workout. Remember? You went into a gym and had NO freakin idea what the deal was. Now, years later, you know all about the 100 different excercises and muscle groups and how to eat and how much to rest and how to set up your routines, etc..etc....etc....

Juice Use is the same for me. At this point there isn`t much I don`t know about working out....from nutrition to routines, but the topic of using gear is WAY OUT THERE....

There are so many different styles, types, doses, mixes, length of time, etc. You use one thing in conjunction with something else and then something else to counter something else....blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.....

I just figured there may be one, single, good over the counter (or the net) tablet or pill that will give great results WITHOUT using a needle. Yes, I know you will never get the same results and I will end up spending more money in the long run, but I would rather be safe than sorry too.

Now, I know we cannot divulge too much info. I appreciate everything so far.

And, in a way, this board SUCKS because I don`t get any work done b/c I am on this board all day!!! :D
