HCG, Nolva w/ Tren and Prop? When???

I'm going to use 500iu HCG for ten days to get my boys back from a 16 week tren/prop cycle. My question is when to start and stop HCG since I'm on fast acting esters? Should I start ten days before my last shot and then three days after start nolva?

I would use the hcg 3 weeks prior to last shot and nolva 3 days after

I would do 5 days of 1000ius instead of 10 days at 500ius but that is just my preference.
