  • letrozole and nolva questions

Here are a few questions for you kind folks...

1.) Can Let and nolva be taken together??

2.) With let how long until results are noticeable (on claims of slight gyno reversal)

3.) Once you stop testing with let - will the gyno redevelop?

    - thats all for now! Thanks!!

oh yea - I'm running Lion nolva and thinking about the lion letrozole

if you have real gyno with a lump already formed only surgery will take that away. I have noticed that taking novaldex and other anti-aromatases can reduce the size of a lump but it comes back to full size after done in my experience. now if you just have puffy nips then it might help to reduce that but not guranteed. you can take them both together but if you are taking let then you really shouldn't need novaldex because there won't be any estrogen floating around.

Stone you are wrong. I my research subject had a lump and the letro disapted the lump over a 3 month period of time . The lump has never returned. Letro and nolva can be taken together . I have found that it is good to administer the nolva for the last 2 weeks of letro theropy and at least 1 week after to comtrol the rebound effect letro has. But nolva is only needed for PCT if you have Letro. Letro acts very fast most will puffyness dissapear from the research subject in 2 days.

Femara ( letrozole) is used For brest Cancer patients it starves the cancer tummors of estrogen and the tumors shring and die.

well you have one subject and I am one subject and we had opposite results so at this point there is no evidence one way or another. you can't just say I am wrong. LOL ;) I was on liquidex and novaldex for longer than that and no progress.

StoneCold were you on Liquidex or Letrozole... They have different actions. I'd listen to BuyB12.

liquidex-I can't seem them being that much different. but I will gladly love to hear about 10 or so case studies. :D

so i guess my next question would be - how long on the let (the gyno is from puberty - so this would make them prone correct???) and at or around what dose - this would prob'ly be # of sprays due to the use of the lion let - and for 3 months - for my test subject? Can this be used during a m-1t cycle - with the 4-ad? how about clenbuterol??

Stonecold- liquidex is not the same as letrazole. Anastrozole (liquidex) is a first generation aromatase inhibitor. Letrazole is a second generation and is more powerful than anastrozole. It has other differences as well.

Perry - Yes they can be taken together but I read somewhere that they have an antagonistic interaction. That is, letrazole greatly reduces the effectiveness of tamoxifin (nolvadex). I don't know a lot about the interaction but it seems to me it would be prudent to look into it.

Any anti-e will help with gyno in theory as they all starve the tumor (gyno is a benign tumor) of estrogen, albeit by different mechanisms. I personally had good results with just nolva for 3 months. My gyno dissappeared completely and has not returned.

nolva for 3 months?? did you use any AAS during this time or PH (m-1t etc)? is there a toxicity to worry about - or can you use it like you would a multi-vitamin ( every day with no worries?) if so at what dose? thanks

No toxicity at the doses we generally take. I took 40mg ed for 2 weeks and then 20mg ed for about 3 months.

                            bump,

I have some question for you guys that have used letro,
I am very proned to gyno , so just in case i want to run an antiaromatase for at least 75% of the cycle.
I have clomid, letro and nolva all in hand just in case but i want to use the letro for this purpose ( run during cycle).
Is there any problem with running letro for 12 weeks??
Also what would be a good amount of letro to take? I was planning on starting out low around .5 eod and if needed move up in dose.
                            ANY SUGGESTIONS

I have been running letro alone to try and reverse a small gyno case. I have noticed that the itchyness and sensitivity has decreased to basically nothing. The lump is still there though. hopefully it will decrease. I have been on the letro about a month, and have about a month worth left.

keep your fingers crossed for old Lxorl
