  • 500 bench!

    I've been whining for most of this cycle (my first) because of the lack of results...........well, after 8 weeks of minimal gains, I am EXPLODING as I enter week 10.

    Every exercise I did in training this week, I hit a personal record...........my best bench before this cycle was a 440 in October. Well, after posting some great numbers this week, I decided to go for a bench max this evening and smoked 500, with a good 15-20 pounds left in the tank!

    My first powerlifting meet as an "enhanced" lifter is on February 28................I've been frustrated with my gains for most of this cycle, but with this late burst, I'm fired up about the meet once again!!

    Next week I'm gonna test the ol' squat out. 680 is my "clean" record........who knows, maybe 750 is within reach!

    Just thought I'd share..........I'm pretty pumped!

          Thanks, fellas...........I'm running 500 enan/300 deca for 12 weeks (actually, cuttin the deca out after week 11).
