after a 3 weeks of fina conversion, my conversion turned cloudy. I know it is only a cosmetic thing, and is still ok to use, but does anyone know the reason behind it?

This is solely a thought, but it seems that it would have to be the TA re-crystallizing. Other than BA, BB, and oil there is nothing else in there. At least there shouldn't be of any magnitude that it would make your product turbid. Soaking it in a warm water bath might help to clear it up before you draw from it. I don't think the heat bath would cause any oxidization of the TA.
