Sub-Q

I started doing all my B12 injections sub-Q. Sometimes the next day I’ll have a small bruise where I injected. Is there something I’m doing wrong or is that normal?

It's normal, should go away soon.. Treat sub-q shots as if they were IM, nice and slow going in.. ;)

They don't hurt but thought I'd ask since a couple times now I have had a bruise the next day. Thanks for the reply bigpetefox.
