I need to convert. I have some liquid clen 200mcg/ml the cycle that I am doing is 20,20,40,40,60,80,100,120,120,100,80,60,40,20 but waht I need to know is how many squarts is that it is .5ml a squart yes this is prob easy to do but I want to be sure on what I am doing this is my first time with clen thanks

If 1 squirt = 0.5ml then the least you could dose is 100mcg using the spray. I don't understand what your cycle dosage is.

I was under the impression that 10 squirts=1cc. That means that 10 squirts=200mcg. So, 1 squirt would equal 20mcg, 2 squirts would be 40 mcg, 3 would be 60mcg, etc.
