Oil based winstrol?

Is there any difference in a water based suspension of stanozolol or suspendng it in oil? I've been reading that winstrol(unless micronized) tends to crash very easy in water....however, some guys are making it an injectable oil? Apparently it is best to only convert 1 gram at a time with this process.....any input on makig winny injectable(water or oil)?

How is micronized winstrol made? Can you take stanozolol powder and crush it even further into smaller particles? What procedures do you guys no of that will acheive this?
