  • Ready for cycle start, advice please

    SM'ers, I am ready to start my first cycle. I will be using 250 cyp. Any suggestions on the best way to cycle this? I will be taking Milk Thistle and I also want to take an anti-e, but I'm not to familiar with this. Should I consider taking an estrogen blocker at this dose? I currently weigh 209#, should I go gram for pound as far as protein intake is concerned. Sorry for so many questions, just want the t's crossed and i's dotted on my first round.

    Goals, Stats, etc??

    Are you talking about the concentration of of your cyp, or doing 250 mg per week?

        TimeBandit ;) - just have your anti-E on hand incase of gyno.. no need to run it just because. also, you need to asnwer the above questions before you'll get much more advice i think.

          i don't meen to rag on you but if you're asking how to run a cycle then you're not ready. You should have everythig planned out way in advance.

          And you will need to up your protein intake to 1.5 - 2 grams per lb.

          put down you stats and goals. then put together how you would like to run your cycle from you have learned. This will help us with knowing your level of knowlage and then we can help you tweak plans.

            Goals, just looking to put on around 10 # of solid weight. Stats 5'10" at 209#. I've been weight training for around 13 years. Currently doing 1 resistance day followed by 1 aerobic day. Eating approx 5 meals a day. Pic is in members area. The anti-e's at Lions are satisfactory? Jarhead- I understand your concern, I just feel that I have SM'ers as a resource on the most efficient way to cycle, whether it be .5cc - wk 1 then go up to 1cc for wk 2, 3 etc. Everyone that has ran gear has gotten advice on the best/most efficient way to do it.

              Week 1 1000mg Cyp
              wk2-8 500 mg Cyp
              week 11 clomid starts
              (day1 300, day2-10 100, day11-20 50)
              Nolva on hand in case

              Up your protein to 1.5- 2g per lb.
              If you are looking to gain cut back the cardio.

                I agree everyone has gotten adive on how to run a cycle in cluding myself.
                But you said you will be useing 250 cyp.
                Does this meen you're going to do 250 mg od cyp per week? or you have cyp 250mg/ml and what to know how much to run and for how long?

                I still think it would be good to put your idea for a cycle down and then let every one tweak it from there.
                you haven't given enough info for any one to really help you.

                  I understand. Cyp 250/ml. I was considering a 6 - 10 wk cycle, depending on how I should ramp up. Would like to see a 5 or so pound gain (lean mass).
                  Example would be
                  wk 1 - .5cc
                  wk 2 - wk 3 - 1cc
                  wk 4 - wk 6 -1.5 cc
                  wk 7 - 1cc
                  wk 8 - .5 cc
                  Other suppl. being taking are ON protein, Metrx, yohimbe, Stacker 2 w/eff (2wks), clen (2wks), Aminos, multi-vit, vit. C

                      Bro I would scratch the yohimbe, stacker, and clen. Either front load or just run @ 500 straight through. Nice and simple for a first cycle.

                        At .5cc your only getting 125mg of test. all you are going to do shut down your natural production. Cyp is long acting ester and you will not even see anthting from for around 4 weeks.

                        Run 500mg /week for at least 10 weekssplit in ot 2 shot per week. IE 250mg Mon & 250 mg Thur
                        drop the stacker and clen. rely more on diet.
                        cut down on the cario for the first few weeks while you are working on mass than last 4 weeks or so slow drop you total calories a little and and in some cardio. the test will help you matain the mass while you cut.

                        Have you looked PCT at all. with out it you will easily lose you gains.
                        Start Clomid 3 weeks after you last shot. Day 1 300mg day 2-7 100mg and day 8-21 50 mg.

                          since you have 250mg/ml sus, i would run a simple 500mg/week the whole 10 weeks. above i said 400mg/wk, which i would prefer to suggest for a first cycle, but you don't have the right supply for that dosing... i mean you do, but for a first-timer, it would be too much trouble. you'll easily get 10 pounds at 500mg/wk.

                            Have an anti-aromitase on hand in case you need it for bloat.
                            Have Nolvadex on hand for gyno symptoms.

                            Good chance you won't need either during the cycle, but have them before you start just in case.

                            You never mentoned PCT. What do you have planned for PCT?

                              500mg the whole wa through is the way to go IMO. Nice, simple, doesnt require a diary and appointment book to keep track of.
