  • 2nd Cycle Help

    I'm 6' 210 pounds and have been training seriously for about 7 years (I'm 28). My first cycle was fina EOD for 8 weeks, don't ask my how much because I just followed my roomate (I know fucking crazy). I had amazing results though and only one serious side-effect....big time fina dick. Not so much that I couldn't get hard, but that I didn't want to...scary. Gained about 15pounds and a lot of strength. I now realize through research that test is a must so here is my second cycle:
    500mg Sust/week,
    400mg Deca/week,
    and of course plenty of Nolva on hand just in case and definitely for PCT.
    I'm looking to run it for about 12 weeks. Also, I've been out of the gym for 3months because of an injury, so I plan on training natural for a month and dropping some bodyfat before starting this (disgusting gut right now, ate like shit while I was hurt).
    Thanks for any suggestions.

      If I were you, I'd put off that cycle until you've been back in the gym at least 3 months (minimum!). Put yourself back to the upper reaches of your natural strength/size potential before juicing. After 3 months of inactivity, 4 weeks back in the gym isn't long enough.

        thanks for the advice....I figured somebody would say that. I'll give it 2 months...that's as long as I can wait.

          Sust is great if you run it EOD b/c of the prop in it, but since this only your second cycle you should save it for later use. For this cycle you should just lood up the pin with 200 mg Deca, and 250 mg enanthate twice a week, total 400 deca and 500 enanthate.

              Agreed.

              Just me but I would choose a single ester test over sust.

                I would have to agree with JuicedBB and Oldguy Enanthate or even Cyp would be a better choice.

                  thanks for the advice. i guess i'll switch to a single test.....just in case I can't find it, would the sust be that bad?

                    Sust is better than no test....just make sure you don't shoot it all at once. Split it up...take an amp twice a week. Monday/Thursday for example.
