I'm currently on week 5 (of 12) of my bulker (Cyp / EQ / Prop).
My stats right now :
5'10
195
body fat somewhere around 10%
Hoping to hit 210-215* by the end of this bulker.
With the cutter i'm looking to stay around 205ish, drop some bf, and just cut up.
I just started cardio 20min 3x week and will continue this.
I will be taking two months off and then starting my cutter / hardener in June.
At this point I was thinking :
Prop 100mg EOD
Primo 100mg EOD
for 8 wks.
What do you guys think?
