  • sore injection sight

I had my first experience today with a painful injection. when I started to push the plunger in I got a very painful aching burning feeling in my delt so I pulled out right away and went in the other side My delt looked and felt like it had a sun burn for a few minutes after, and theres a bit of a lump there as well .I have been alternating between delt's and bi's for my tren shots.....that gives me four sights to change up at one 75mg/ml shot a day. The pain went away shortly after aswell as the redness.....my guess is its just a build up of oil between the muscle tissue. What do you think ??
and how long should I wait till I try and go back in the same delt??

add quads and glutes man. That'd be eight spots. Wouldnt have to hit any spot more than once a week. Do it easy is my motto:D

The burning sensation sounds like you hit a small nerve. That would cause burning and also some blanching at the site.

The lump could be some swelling and inflammation in the area which would also account for the redness. No biggie really. The site should be good for injections in a day or so. I'd just let the deep inflammation subside. Try some icing.

how about triceps, are they already used. if not have someone shoot you in the lats or traps. LOL I usually get the same burning if I don't wait enough time in between shots. especially in the shoulders.

Try moving about an inch, if possible, from the last injection site in the area and rotate around.

Did you use an alcohol swab? If so, then it could be that.

I was doing a quad injection a few days ago, and I didn't wait long enogh for the alcohol to dry, jabbed, and the burning was nutz!!! My leg quivered, and it also became red once I finished. Just a possibilty.

What size pin are you using?I've seen subcutaneous injections cause that same type of reaction.Unless you are trying to go subcut.,like with insulin, you should be using a needle with about an inch in length, and about 23 gauge(especially if you have a tan).
