my bottle of test pepressurizes when I remove the pin. It bubbles at the pin hole is there any danger of contamination form contact w/ the air?? It does not bubble when filling the case so I do not think air is necessarily getting in. I have transferred bottles once because the original would not develop enough pressure to withdraw the oil without alot of aspiration.

you need to put some pressure back in the bottle, doing this is easy just fill up your pin with air put it in the bottle push the plunger so the air goes in the bottle then draw your AS

no the air won't contaminate you. just make sure you clean the rubber stopper off with an alcohol pad before you shoot. and yes you should inject the amount of air into the vial as the same amount of oil you are going to draw out.
