I've read the SHOT's post in which he wrote quantity of clen for a cycle.. but I don't know if he referred it at quantity of caps of spiropent. Anyone know how many caps of spiropent a man can take for a good result in less fat? tnx for ur attention

On the top of the cycle i take 6 caps. Make a break for 2 days and then take 6 caps for two days again... -
Hi, You can use Spiropent (Clenbuterol 0.02 mg/tab) daily as follow:
1 2 3 4 5 6 6 6 6 6 5 4 3 2 1 pills.
5 gr of L-Taurine and L-Tirosine; Potassium and 1/2 pill of Ketotifen by each one of spiropent. Then you should break for 2 weeks if you can use ECA in this weeks will be fine... After this two weeks repeat the Spiropent cicle...
Novegam is other name for Clenbuterol and it's more cheap.
