    I understand that your body requires plenty of H2O when on a GH cycle. Would it be bad to add creatine to your postworkout shake being that it will suck up a lot of the water in the body? I know that it works well with slin in your pw shake, but will it have effects on my GH results or maybe require an increase in H20 intake when the two are combined???

    I don't think you are going to have any problems with some after workout creatine. . .as long as you are getting sufficient water intake I would not worry about it:)

      sorry man, i cant stop thinking about certain things sometimes.........getting big and staying alive are definitely 2 of them. If I have a question about ANYTHING i always ask.........if anyone doesnt like it, they dont have to answer, but as long as I get help from people that know more than me I'm happy. I know you were joking, but thats the way I see it.

        this is a lil off the question but whats in your postworkout shake? i was al ways told to take creatine on a empty stomac.

          Well, im using GH/slin postworkout so I need extra carbs in my shake so I always add dextrose, protein, l-glutamine, and now Im going to go back to the creatine. The slin will help shoot the glucose/protein/and creatine straight to your muscles.....a little transport system....:)

            yeah, I know, it sucks. .bad company yada yada. . .heard it all and still will take it. . .
            I use 2 scoops of cell tech and 10g of glutamine followed by a met-rx 30 min later to take advantage of the insulin spike.. .
