Thats so wierd, I just posted a new thread about my arm....im on the same cycle.....test/deca and GH/slin.......My whole right arm is red today.........totally diff colored than my left....Im kinda freakin out.........is this the same thing?

Well, the hives have been gone for nearly 4 weeks, so I can't say that I'm concerned any longer.

I took my last injection of the cycle yesterday and my last claritin tab today..........I assume I'm in the clear.

It's almost certainly your BP...mine always gets elevated (though not enough to worry about it), and my skin takes on a slightly rosier tone. Get it checked just to make sure it isn't dangerously high.
