They are prescription only. They can only be dispensed by a Doctor - They are not "Scheduled", but they are "controlled"

Chris, give him some time to follow through on his words before jumping on him. Chem has always followed through in the past and he made the effort to create this post. Wait and see what happens with your card and keep in mind sometimes it can take a few weeks for a refund to show on a credit card.

guys this is Doa ...he can't fill orders he is unable to track them . He has asked everyone to do a charge back on there credit cards it is costing him $20.00 per chargeback . He is loosing alot of money. He has tried to make good. do the charge back and stop trashing him. I don't like the Guy but he has done the best he can.

you are correct, i am getting hit $20 per chargeback. Most of the customers have filed and we feel that this was the best way to get the money back to the people - we did not keep records of what people ordered, just thier names and how much they were charged..and that was through the merchant account system. We just decided not to sell chemicals anymore for reasons that they are way to risky on the "line" -- I hope everybody uses caution in purchsing and selling these products -- when it comes down to it, we found out, it is NOT exactly legal to sell (dispense) these products. B12, and the rest of you guys, PLEASE be careful with this stuff. I know some of us dont "get along" but as I am sure, NONE of us want to see anybody go to jail for this.... none of us are that ruthless. Thats when it crosses the line from business tactics to ruining lives and familys. I can confidently say (excpt for one person and kit company) we dont want this to happen to anybody...and this one person (company) knows who he is...and it is NOT b12- B12 may have some aggressive and whacky business tactics, but i am sure he does not want anybody in trouble. Everybody needs to watch out for this other guy... as he will do whatever he needs to do to make a buck. Some know who he is others may learn the hard way (like i did)....just watch your six in this business.

As for business, we are still kicking out kits and other products like maniacs...they are going out the same day they are ordered. We have a new SECURE contact address [email protected] -- all e-mails are getting replied to EVERY day so your kit order will be they way it was in the beginning of our business...on time and complete.
