    I just started the 5th week of my 2nd cycle. Right now it consists of test/dbol. Here is my cycle:

    Week 1-10 600mg/week cyp
    Week 1-5 35mg/ed dbol
    Week 11-15 200mg/eod prop
    Week 9-16 150mg/eod tren
    Week 13-16 35mg/ed halo
    Week 1-18 1mg/Mon,Wed,Fri Letrozole
    week 16.5-18.5 30mg/ed nolva

    My question is… Am I EVER going to sleep more then a couple hours???? I had no problems with my first cycle. But I am unable to get adequate sleep. I finally went to the doctors last week and they told me to take melatonin (3g ed before I go to bed). Also got ambien (10mg) pills. Even after taking the ambein I am unable to sleep throughout the night. I don’t have a problem falling asleep but staying asleep. Saturday I started my contest diet. Contest diet + no sleep = VERY irritable!!

    Ambian is not made to make you sleep through the night. It's to knock you out and get you to sleep.
    That is normally my problem once/if I get to sleep I'm fine but I have a hard time getting to sleep. So the Doc gave me ambian and works great.

    Personally melatonin puts my a deep sleep, but I have very vivid dreams and am very restless all tide up in sheets. (I don't normally remember dreams) While taking Melatonin they are so vivid they actually wake me up sometimes.

    Thats' all the help I can give you I've always had problems sleeping. The only time I get good sleep is if I have sex and then go right to sleep.

      Yeah, I don't have a problem falling asleep. Ambian definitely knocks me out! But I need something to help sleep throughout the night. Melatonin doesn't seem to have any affect on me.

        i find that the harder i train, the better i sleep

        but boy do i feel sorry for you, trying to sleep on empty is awful

          How long have you been taking the Melatonin? I may take while to feel it. but I kind of remember it working right away.
          another thing that will know you out and keep you out is valuim. but you have to get doc to get you script.

            There's an OTC substance that aids in sleep, I couldn't sleep a few weeks ago because I was pretty sick, I took this stuff and it took all I had to get out of bed the next morning, it certainly put me to sleep and kept me sleeping, I'll look for it when I get home.

                they say that if you head temperature is high then your body will go into a deeper sleep than normal to regulate it. so if you do some exercise a few hours before you sleep, like at 8 if you go to bed at 10 that should help some. I like tranzadone for a sleep aid. also I noticed that when I got on a more regular sleep pattern it helps. also avoid the computer or TV for about 2 hours before bed. the frequency or wavelength of electronics is set to keep the human brain active above normal so it would be better to avoid stimulation. also sex will help as it releases your pleasure horomones and will relax you. try some nice music as well before bed and a really boring book.

                  DHI is the sleep aid in Tylenol PM... u can buy just the sleep aid... im on it rite now.. im running 200mg's test prop ED and 120mg's Tren ED

                      I have had insomnia off and on for years but always when I'm on cycle.

                      Of course you should avoid stimulants like caffine if you're having sleep problems.

                      Valerian Root is a natural supplement that helps many people sleep. 5-htp is also somewhat helpful. Taking a hot relaxing bath for about 15 minutes right before crawling into bed may help too.

                      Xanax works well for me to knock me out and keep me in a deep sleep till morning but if I take it for more than 2 nights in a row it affects my thinking ability so it's not something I would take daily. Years ago my dr. had put me on a prescription sleeping pill and although it helped me sleep well, it left an awful metalic taste in my mouth the following morning.

                      Good luck, you need your sleep especially when you're trying to grow!

                        Diphenhydramine is spelled : Benadryl. Puts most people to sleep. Found in several otc sleep aids. Still, not a good deal for every night. Melatonin is normally effective and can be used a little more often. Still, they're all for temporary use only, and if you use them routinely they can, and usually will cause one to become dependant on them to assist in falling asleep. Bad dog, no biscuit.

                          Mrs. P, was the sleeping pill called Imovane by any chance? I tried it once, and had a bitter taste in my mouth the entire next day.

                              Hey man. Did this just start during your cycle or has this been an issue all along? What time do you shoot in the day? Do you take a multi before bed? Do you have a shake?

                              In other words, what does your daily routine look like?
