Okay how much B-12 to take during a cycle?

hey My Brothers and sisters out there! I have been on a heavy mass building cycle for 11 weeks! I know this is late but I still want to add the B-12 and see if I can finish good! Not really sure how to use it and how much a day or week? Also can you continue to take it post cycle if I'm going to Bridge for a while? Thanks!

if it works well for you I would take it all the time, most guys use 1000mcg per day or every other day.

yep you can mix it with your other stuff or just shoot it by itself. It will cut the pain in some solutions as well.
