Did first cycle ever last May - Deca 4 weeks 2cc every 3 days
Skipped 3 weeks and did cycle of winny for 4 weeks 25 Mg a day
I was 5'6 184 at first cycle with 25% body fat, by august at the end of both cycles i ended up at 160 with 5% body fat lean and cut as hell. I think the results were really good for what i did but i think the 3 miles of running a day with the winny really shrunk me a lot. I will never run again! Now i want to have some BIG gains moderately over a period of time so i dont blow up too fast. I can get my hands on bddbol and bdwinny tabs and wanted some advice as to what i should do. I was thinking on stacking them both 25mg a piece a day for 5 weeks. Dont know how the dbols are as far as water retention but i figured the winnys would help that plus keep me on the shredded side. Any thoughts?
