I had to take about 4 days off from working out because of sickness(fever, sore thoat, etc.) Will this hurt any or just set me back a little?

make sure you are healthy bro. don't start training too soon, or you will set yourself up for being sick an extended amnt of time. I just went through it. I tried coming back after only three days off and ended up paying for it for about two weeks. I had to get on antibiotics. It sucked. A few days rest will pay off in the end. Get well!
